1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior authorization


3. Return Request Process

  • Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing

  • Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Full or partial refund

depending on the circumstances.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Parkeofficial-Amaya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery problems whenever possible.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

We may provide order information, IP address data, tracking information, proof of delivery, and customer communication to payment processors, banks, and financial institutions in order to resolve payment disputes.


10. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on their country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
